Devorah Buxbaum, Director
Devorah Buxbaum, graduated from the University of Denver with her MSW, with a concentration on community organizing. She brings her energy, passion, and commitment to camp every day and carries it through the year. Devorah and her husband Shlomo have been involved in summer camps for over ten years. They have two daughters, Meira and Shira.

“Reb Shloimz”, as the campers affectionately call him, raises the Jewish learning to new heights. With many years of summer camp and teaching experience, he strives to provide a custom made learning experience for each camper according to his or her age, level, and interest.
The Shoovy Counselors
The counslers are an all-star team of boys and girls carefully selected from across the country. They stand out for their talents, warm and caring personalities, love for children, and sincerity. They put their heart and soul into camp and are role models for the campers. We have an excellent staff to camper ratio so that each child gets the proper amount of attention that he/she deserves.
